Cambiata 2007 Arbarino, Albariño is Pablo Neruda rowing with Bach on a calm lake: intense and complex but relaxed and balanced. Our wine is fragrant with scents of tangerine, peach and clove. It is rich
on the palate with a crisp acidity that makes it a great match for fresh or smoked fish, oysters and crustaceans. The wine also complements dishes such as stuffed poblanos, spicy tapas or artichokes.
Bonterra 2006 Chardonnay; Most of the grapes for Bonterra’s Chardonnay are harvested along a 12-mile corridor near the banks of the Russian River,
and year after year offer characteristic green apple, baked apple, pear and citrus notes in the wine.
There’s a touch of vanilla
from the dollop of new French Oak. An initial impression of rich, buttery cream quickly turns to aromas of honey and lightly toasted almonds, followed quickly by tropical aromas of pineapple, citrusy lemon and Crème Brûlée.

salad days or on its own.
Gnarly Head Merlot 2005: Gnarly Head Merlot is crafted using grapes primarily from vineyards
in
Monterey. The vineyards feature loamy, free-draining soils with trellising that gives the grapes
ideal exposure to sunlight. Dry summer weather, combined with cool breezes off Monterey Bay provide the perfect conditions for controlling growth and stress through irrigation—resulting in grapes of intense fruit flavors.
Talbott Case Pinot Noir 2005: is named in honor of Sarah Case Talbott, the eldest child of the Talbott family, and is crafted to be enjoyed by enthusiasts of Burgundian-style Pinot Noir. Grapes for the wine come from special blocks of the acclaimed Sleepy Hollow Vineyard. Located adjacent to the winery in the Santa Lucia Highlands of Monterey County, Sleepy Hollow has been part of the Robert Talbott Vineyards estate since 1994.
Talbott Chardonnay, Sleepy Hollow Vineyard: “A rich, creamy, unctuous style that delivers a broadrange of complex flavors, from butterscotch to fig, melon and light toasty oak. The flavors are rich and sumptuous on the finish.”

Chalone Estate Chardonnay 2004: This is the riches of Chardonnay, a nice blend of pears, butterscotch, and creamy oak, on one hand, with touches of lemon and orange peel to balance things at the end.
Storrs Chardonnay 2007: Aromas of ripe apple and bosc pear combine with light toasty notes of French oak and vanilla to rise out of the glass and captivate. Mountain pear, ripe gala apple, a touch of pinepple with notes of French oak to accent, all complemented by a creamy mouthfeel (owing to sur lie aging) balanced by a firm structure which will allow this wine to age for several years.

Medium straw in color, the nose shows balanced elements of tropical fruits and fresh citrus. On the palate it exhibits ripe bananas, peach and just a hint of toasty oak. The long, crisp finish is soft with sweet yeasty overtones. This is a wonderful, food friendly wine that will pair well with a variety of dishes.

with black cherries and plums on the palate. Very well balanced, the wine shows
a pleasing richness
and concentration followed by a fruit driven finish with crisp acidity.
This is a wonderful food
friendly
wine that
will pair well with a variety of dishes.
Fetzer-Gewurztraminer 2006. "It’s often called gavurtz because it’s hard to say, and even harder
to spell. This wine, though, is a secret weapon, great for taming spicy foods or sipping on its own.
Enjoy the
honeyed apricot and peach flavors in the glass, and breathe deeply to capture the
aromas of rose petals
and honeysuckle. Lots of people love this wine, even if they’ll never spell it.
Just ask for gavurtz.
We’ll know what you mean."
