Leg of Lamb

Bake @350 degree with Bone 25mins per Lb
Medium rare - Temp. 130-135 degrees 
Medium – Temp. 140-145 degrees
Medium – Well Temp. 150-160 degrees
Without Bone Bake 20mins per Lb
            
Stuffed Bell Peppers

 Bake 350 degrees
1 – 3 bake 30-40min
4 – 8 bake 45-50min
 Remember to
Put just enough water in bottom of roasting pan,
then bake to appropriate time.

   Homemade Meatloaf

Bake @350 degree    
1 – 1 1/2Lb  40-50 mins

2 – 3Lb 1hr 25mins -1hr 35mins
3 – 5Lb 1hr 45mins -1hr 50mins

Fresh Boneless & Skinless Salmon

Poach covered @ 450 degree 1/2Lb to 1Lb – 10-12 mins
2-4 Lb – 18 to 24 mins
Bake uncovered @ 450 degrees 1/2 Lb to 1Lb – 8-10 mins
2-4 Lb – 15 to 22 mins 
BBQ covered Medium heat 1/2 Lb to 1 Lb – 10-12 mins
Use any seasoning that you like    
 
Whole Fillet Roast     
Bake @ 450 degree  
Do not cover Roast when baking
8 mins per Lb – Rare  
14 mins per Lb – Medium Rare
17 mins per Lb – Medium
20 mins per Lb – Well done
BBQ same times @ 350 degrees with lid on   


Stuffed Pork Chops
Bake @350 degree    
1 chop takes between 50-55mins  
2 to 6 chops take between 1.20mins-1.30mins, 
@ ½ part of the time: 1st part cook uncovered than
2nd part add your choice of soup undiluted,
(Cream of Mushroom, Chicken, Asparagus, or Cheese 
Then cover last part of the time.
   Bone-in Chicken breast
Teriyaki or Lemon

Bake @400 degree 1pc 40-45min
2-6pcs 45- 55min
BBQ Medium-High heat 40-45min with lid on.
 Boneless Teriyaki or Lemon Chicken breast
Bake @400 degree 1pc 30-35min
2-6pcs 40-45min
BBQ Medium High heat 35-40min with lid on.
 
Standing Rib Roast

20mins per Lb – Rare 120-128 degrees
25mins per Lb – Med Rare 130-138 degrees
35mins per Lb – Medium 135-145 degrees
45mins per Lb – Well-Well done 150-160 degrees
Bake uncovered always @ 325 degrees.
The slower you cook the roast, the more tender the roast
